Maria has many years of experience working with young people and families and has trained in MBT-A at the Anna Freud National Centre over several years. She is an accredited MBT-A practitioner, trainer, supervisor and currently the licensed MBT-A trainer for the Nordic countries.

Line Indrevoll Stänicke is a specialist in clinical psychology for children and adolescents, as well as adult psychology. She is a supervisor and trainer in MBT for adolescents (MBT-A). Line has clinical experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults, as well as group therapy with adolescents. She is an associate professor at the University of Oslo and affiliated with Lovisenberg Hospital, where she conducts research on risk behaviour, adolescent treatment and digital risk. Line is also a psychoanalyst (IPA).

Fredrik Cappelen is a specialist in clinical psychology for children and adolescents. Fredrik has worked with infants, children, adolescents and families for more than 20 years, and also conducts research on play in child therapy.

Stefan works within the Swedish National Board of Institutional Care (SiS), where he is a clinician at the Klarälvsgården youth home. He is also a central investigator and national trainer within the agency's work with gang-involved youth — a field in which he is the originator of the current methodology. His clinical work is characterised by a mentalization-based and relational perspective, particularly adapted for antisocial problems among adolescents and young adults in compulsory care contexts.
